GENTLE YOGA

Breathe, relax, and stretch your body with a gentle yoga practice designed to alleviate stress and help relieve common aches and pains. This slower-paced Hatha yoga class is wonderful and accessible for people of all levels, ages, and sizes. Instruction will focus on principles for safe movement and will provide a comfortable atmosphere for self-appreciation and whole-body wellness. Each class will include centering, warm-ups, gentle yoga postures, breath awareness, and deep relaxation.

VINYASA YOGA

Flow with strength and grace in a dynamic yoga practice that synchronizes fluid movement with smooth, deep breathing. Vinyasa Yoga instruction will emphasize safe alignment in postures, while enhancing whole-body strength and stamina. Each class will include centering, warm-ups, sun salutations, standing and seated poses, backbends, gentle inversions, and deep relaxation. All levels are welcome in this active class.

YOGA FOUNDATIONS

Learn how to be tall like a Mountain, strong as a Warrior, and wise as a Sage! In Yoga Foundations, traditional Hatha yoga postures are demonstrated and explored to help build a solid foundation for any yoga practice. Instruction will focus on fundamental postures, such as Mountain, Warrior, Stick, Locust, and Corpse, which are all taught in a variety of yoga classes. Each class will also include basic centering and breath awareness techniques to inspire students on and off the mat. The all-levels practice is a perfect welcoming point for novices, and a great resource for veteran students who wish to deepen their yogic experience.

HAPPY HOUR YOGA

Happy Hour Yoga is a donation class to start your weekend off right! Pay what you want or can. Encourage a friend to come with you. This class is just fun, easy-going yoga for anyone! Not only do you start your weekend off with yoga, you're helping your community (and your karma)! Classes are similar to Foundation Yoga classes.

PARTNER YOGA

Partner Yoga is an excellent complement to any yoga practice. If you haven't found your form of yoga, this is the class for you. You can go much further in all yoga with the support of a partner – the perfect prop! And you'll always have someone to practice yoga with. Come find out for yourself! Previous yoga experience preferred, or BlissBlissBliss Yoga Foundations class. If you are not bringing a partner let us know in advance.

HATHA YOGA

Traditional postures introduced in Yoga Foundations will be expanded upon in this all-levels Hatha Yoga practice. Precise instruction will also include an introduction to Sun Salutations and a variety of standing and seated poses. This class is open to anyone looking for a gentle challenge to enhance one's balance, strength, and inner-calm. Relax, Breathe, Stretch!
